Employee Assistance Programme
Navigating life's challenges can be difficult, so all colleagues and their families are eligible to utilise our
Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), which provides free and confidential specialist support, guidance and
advice when you need it.
The Employee Assistance Programme is designed to help you with financial, mental, and physical wellbeing
24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
Colleagues can download an app as part of our EAP service, which provides proactive wellbeing tools.
Private Medical Insurance
We are able to offer Private Medical Insurance to all permanent employees that have completed probation.
You will need to opt in to this benefit by completing a registration form, once probation is completed.
This benefit is classed as a benefit in kind, so although we pay the premium for you, your tax will be adjusted
to reflect the benefit in kind charge.
Your tax rate and level of cover will dictate your tax charge, and we cover new joiners at Single Cover.
There is a standard policy excess for the first claim each year, but the scheme provides a wide range of
support options and treatments, including an online GP.
Health Cash Plan
We are able to offer a Health Cash Plan to provide a cash back benefit for medical expenses.
This benefit can be taken instead of the Private Medical Insurance, but still provides a range of medical
treatments and support.
